Green Lake Deepest Lake In Wisconsin - Or Is It?
Re: Green Lake Not Deepest Lake in Wisconsin

Your homepage makes the claim that Green Lake IS the deepest lake in Wisconsin. There must be some kind of fine print or twisting of the word "deep" you all use so to make your claim valid. I'd like to know what it is so I can save face with my friends who are now ridiculing me and calling me a liar.

Response:
Dear John,
Green Lake "Home of the Deepest Inland Lake in Wisconsin, 237 feet deep" (natural lake). Lake Wazee is a man made lake. I am not familiar with Chicken Lake in Dane County and 001 feet is not very deep!
Hope this clears things up,
